In our 2025 inaugural vintage we made 14 unique cuvées across six different varietals. From this we will produce one unique Merlot-based rosè, and a 100% barrel-fermented Viognier in 80% new oak for release in June 2026. We will produce 5-6 red lots for release in 2027 and 2028, with possibility to bottle 1-2 small lots for Fall release in 2026.
